Well I am happy to report that I am adjusting well to my overnight shifts at work. My only issue is trying to figure out the best way to get sleep the day of my first night shift of the week. So far what seems to be working best is getting up early the day of my night shift, going to workout, then coming home to eat breakfast and going back to bed for a nap. I laid down for about four hours yesterday before going in to work, I think I might have slept for two of them. That seemed to give me enough energy to get through the evening.
