Perplexed Oliver

Poor Oliver is trying to figure out how to get one specific toy out of the bin. Sadly, he never figured out how.

Poor Oliver has taken a liking to the Pugs' bed. Here he is fighting to stay away. I'm not really sure why he just doesn't lay down and take a nap. I guess that's just Oliver for you. A silly Bulldog.

Winston is very much attached to people, as most Pugs are. When we are on the couch he MUST be laying on us or at least have his chin on some part of us. Well since I was up and about making dinner tonight Winston was unable to settle down with me. So he choose to use Oliver's rolled up towel for a pillow, and in return Oliver used Winston as his pillow. 

Oliver's New Lamby

Here is a video of Oliver and his favorite toy Lamby. The video is not the best quality, but you can still see just how obsessed he is. He will sit for hours and just suck on his Lamby as if he was nursing. If you look closely you can see his paws working too. 

Oliver Gets a Nail Trim

Even though Oliver is a big tough Bulldog he rolls right over for his nail trims. The pugs are not as cooperative. They require numerous treats to keep them from running away. All this training with Oliver has made him a perfect candidate for blood donation. Yes, even dogs can donate their blood for a worthy cause. We go in on Saturday for his first blood draw. I'll let you know how it goes.

Oliver vs the Bed

Poor Oliver, he needs a bed his size. This is the pug's bed. All three pugs can get in it, but only one Oliver. Actually only 1/2 of an Oliver. I think his butt is hanging out the back.

Oliver On Duty

Oliver was lucky enough to join Michael at the fire dept. last week for a sleep over. From what I hear he spent most of his morning playing with his new red rubber dog toy and then spent the afternoon sleeping. What a life. Apparently there was a complaint about his snoring during the night. Maybe Winston will be lucky enough to join him next time.
